Unhappy WHy?? WHHYYY??!!!!

Okay this is getting pathedic, Canada needs to start getting these EVO's over here, now there's new trim levels coming 2 the US, and the VIII 04's being distrubuiting in Jan/Feb.

Damn I wouldn't care what trim it would be if an EVO came here, I just want one!!!

RS? SURE I DUN CARE!!!
Plain VIII? OF COURSE!!!
MR? YE YE!!!

I think Canada should get itself into the Canadain Community and notice how the EVO will be close to the popularty in the US.

Sure was here back in the 80's I belive, and has only been back since Late 01'-02' so if it won't sell as muich in the US, just ship SOME!!!
ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or if Won't do that, I say we get the Canadain government to allow this car street legal, who cares a damn 5km or 3km or whatever crash test?!

Just wanted 2 vent this out

Tho on a side note, do u think if all us EVO fans in Canada got together and create a patiton (cant spell) and maybe get some progress for the EVO being legal/released in Canada?

If it could work, would you sign?
P.S: I would!

You are 100% right

We should all get togather and do something to bring the Evo here. What I don't understand is if some people are importing them from the states and are able to drive them legaly why not just sell them here???? I agree though we need to bring this car up here some how.

Keep dreaming guys, only thing you'll ever get that's even close to an Evo before an "official" Canadian version is released (2006,7,8) is a Lancer with an Evo Badge.

There's a sticky about this.....read it, cry, then read it again.

If Evo's were allowed here someone would have one by now.

This kind of off topic but...

I was going to make a weekend trip to T.O. just to watch
you Canadians drool on my car.

I might not go now because I just heard a guy from Buffalo
went up there in his new STI and it got stolen!!!
The car was in a hotel ramp when it happened.
I think the guys that work at the ramps make phone calls
when the right car arrives.

I will probably still go because T.O. is a great place.

How about petitioning your government to change its vehicle safety standards?

I wish.....the only thing our government is good for is raising taxes, cutting services and doing nothing.

According to them a 5 mph v. a 3 mph bumper is a matter of life and death.....silly Canadians....I can't wait to get outta here after school.

You should have seen the ****in' snow squall i was driving through yesterday to get to Bolton from London to see my girl.....Couldn't see 25 yards in front of my car, semi-trucks passing me on the left going 120 with zero visibility and blowing snow and slippery roads.

Every time one past me and coated my windshield I was like "ok here it comes here it comes here it comes, and i half expected to spin out or get sucked under the semi 2f2f style. Friggin scary, i wish I had an Impreza WRX yesterday....

About the bumper thing... If I ever face crash with an Evo... it'd be more than 5 kmh anyways... imagine... u go maybe 30 in a parking lot... what is 5 kmh? nothin... releasing the clutch from a stop...

I'm just gonna move south after my university and but an evo... period. 'Cause IF IF IF evo ever comes to canada, we'll have to get wheelchair acces option cause we'll all be 80... Dont wanna pop viagra pills before driving an evo.
