Montreal Lancer Club (MLC)

is anyone interested?

is there even a mtl lancer club? i also want to have meets at the julep. or the famous lafleur...where it all began...

i also want a website if there's anyone good at it.

logos, symbols, initiations....

i'm a little far ahead right now, but i'm planning for the above as soon as i can take out my car for spring...

i can't wait.....its been almost 4 grueling months.....can't wait to drive my car again.

there already is one that exists but the guy dosent take care of his site and its not going anywhere.

if any of you are interested, its club-mitsubishi-montreal.com.

but you wont even be able to login there's a script error

my tip to you illuminati, is not to rice out ur car. its not all about the looks man. performances comes first.

get urself an exhaust system and intake, and then get suspension. whats the point of suspension when u got no power?

just out of curiosity, by the way, u say montreal? where abouts and how old are u? u in college?

well handability is performance... i don't see it a riceing up a car. gives you better cornering, in an obsicle corse, power is not all it needs. what's the use of having power if a car can't even corner properley. it just wants to run off the road.

well anyways its just an oppinion. it dosent matter in what order you put the accessories in just as long in the final run it turnes out to be like you wanted it.

nah man, 27th's way too early for me, i gotta wait 'til middle of april. not taking out the car until snow stops for sure, and 2 rainfalls to clean the salt. then we're in business.

but yea, once the spring/summer gets started, we can start somehitng real for mtl.

I basically agree. It's much more rewarding to spend money upgrading your suspension before dumping wads of money into power mods. Just keep in mind that there's much more to handling than just dropping the car an inch or two.

Most guys seem to drop their cars too low becuase they like the look...and they end up totally f**king up their suspension geometry. And you see all these idiots slapping on lowering springs without properly matching them to dampers. Most of the time they even use the stock dampers! Talk about ruining your handling. If you aren't willing to invest the time and money to put together a proper suspension kit...then that basically amounts to rice in my book.
