Canadian tinting laws
I found a chart which contains all of the tinting regulations for Canada. I can't get it to copy properly onto here, so here it is typed:
All provinces require right side mirrors (except for Nova Scotia) as a condition for tinting, and some also require a left side mirror.
Where a tint level is specified, it is for the tint by itself, except for Manitoba and Quebec where it is the combined total of the tint and any factory tinting.
Alberta: Winshield 15cm, F.Side - No, B.Side - Any, Rear - Any
BC: Windshield 7.5cm, F.Side - No, B.Side - Any, Rear - Any
Manitoba: Windshield 15cm, F.Side 45, B.Side 30, Rear 35
N.B.: Windshield - No, F.Side - No, B.Side - Any, Rear - Any
NFLD: Windshield 15cm, F.Side - ?, B.Side - Any, Rear - Any
Nova Scotia: Windshield 15cm, F.Side - No, B.Side - No, Rear - No
Ontario: Windshield - 15cm, F.Side - ?, B.Side - Any, Rear - Any
PEI: Windshield - 15cm, F.Side - No, B.Side - Any, Rear - Any
Quebec: Windshield - 15cm, F.Side - 70, R.Side - Any, Rear - Any
Sask: Windshield - 15cm, F.Side - No, R.Side - Any, Rear - Any
This was last updated April 28, 2003, so some of it may be no longer be accurate. Also, the chart was not sure of the tinting laws for front sides in Ontario and NFLD. If anybody knows what they are and could post, that would be great, or if anyone knows of any errors, please post them as well.

you know it's funny it's really up to the cops mood if he wants to pull you over...once a cop pulled pver my friends impreza and say "your front windows been tinted tke it off?"
then you see an rx330 going by you with a reflective tint and you cant see a **** in any of the windows...he just lets it drive by...seriousily it just all depend on your luck and if you want to gamble it.. good luck to you all
