Just installed my 2011 evo mr files. only base files were avalible. i have an intake so far and no cobb SF files avalible yet.. installed the base files on my MR the boost reading on the Ap peaks at 157kpa.. not sure what that is in psi.. also the power comes on diffrently now.. seems to be strong till 6000rpm then feels weird then changes gear then strong again till say 6000rpm ish. somewhere in the files it said it tapers the boost... so maybe that's what i'm feeling.. it's nearly 1am and frankly i just got in from the drive. so maybe i'll reply again after its been installed a few days.

only mods so far..

cobb turbo inlet hose
K&N drop in filter
Cobb AP
Cobb stickers LOL
cobb licence plate holder
RDSCC stickers LOL rdscc.ca

anyways 5900km on the dial brand new pretty much.

anyways more tomorrow..

Nighty night nite

review stage 1 acn

Hello so far have ran some test on the stage 1 acn map.
well first off the idle is still the same as stock now to the mods.
perrin panel filter, Cobb inlet pipe, and password jdm uicp.
boost is at. -9 at idle and in 3rd max at 24psi tappers down to 17psi
I did the dyno on the app on a flat road at 3500feet alt temp 106 it is post in the pic below same as the air intake temp and the boost at idle but good power so far on the the lowest stage 1 map next I will test stage 1 regular map to see if any difference then the acn map.

Note dyno run was done two times one down then another back and both are pictures below.

is the cobb undetected by the dealer?

I am thinking perrin panel filter with the perrin stage 1 tune... so I can still use the dealer for warranty work. If there's an issue, can the dealer read that the car had a cobb ap on it?
