I was going to buy a ETS intake system shortly and have AMS send me a tune for my AP. Will they do that since its not a AMS intake system. Also Im new to tunes im used to just trhowing a chip in the car and bang your done but, Ill be installing a turbo with a TBE also, would i need to go find a place that would tune it or could i just call someone at AMS to send me a tune for that explaning what turbo i have etc...

Thx

The absolute best thing you can do is a custom tune. but you May be able to find someone with a similar setup and use their premade tune.

As for the intake... you'll have to pay AMS for it, and they probably won't guarantee it since it isn't there part.

AMS, Cobb, or any other reputable e-tuner should have no trouble getting your car to run properly.

Ok.. so what is the difference with the AMS tune on Cobbs website and the one you have to pay for from AMS?

We can definitely E-flash the car for you no problem. Please email Mitchm@amsperformance.com if you have any questions.

Depends if what AMS offers is a custom tune or a canned tune...

*edit*
I just got off AMS' website and it looks to be a custom remote tune. This will be more dialed in for your exact setup than an OTS map would be.
