Can Cobb AP Access Tuner clear CEL p0037 on stage 1?

I have a stock downpipe, stock cat. just a cat back exhaust.
my p0037 is on.
just ordered a cobb ap. should arrive in a few days.
I plan to download the Access tuner for DTC clearing.
I was told by several sources that some say it will clear SPECIFICALLY P0037 (HEATED REAR O2 sensor)????

- Will stage 1 clear it?
- Will stage 1 with Access Tuner Race Beta DTC clear it?
- Will stage 2 clear it?
- Will stage 2 with Access Tuner Race Beta DTC clear it?

thanks guys.

just download accesstuner and open the stage 1 map and modify it to turn off whatever CEL you need

BUT, when you go into inspection and they plug into your OBDI port, your rear cat sen sensor will show as "not-ready" and could potentially fail your inspections.

Then how do you prevent this? I believe my car had a rear o2 sensor CEL but when i flashed my car with a stage 2 OTS map it went away. Will I have issues for state inspection?
