Does anyone know if stage 2 ots map passes new york state inspection,
I currently have HFC with the cel fix, no check engine light is on was wondering if stage 2 map have any emmision code disabled.

 

In New York City if u have no check engine light on u should past.

 

yea but i am not sure if stage 2 OTS map have anything disabled for the check engine light. Some people couldnt have the Inspection passed because ECU sensor show incomeplete or not ready.

 

Passed just fine here. I dont even have a cat lol.

 

Mine passed just fine when I bought it... then registered it in North Dakota where we dont have inspections haha

 

Should be fine...they pass TX state emissions inspections.

 

We have seen many users in New York with our stage 2 setup pass with no issues.

It's illegal to remove to the cat. The car will pass the cel check with the ap. bottom line is you need to find a shop that won't look under the car or doesn't care. It shouldn't be too hard. Worste case scenario there are companies that make test pipes with heat shields designed to look like cats.
