AEM inline UEGO controller...fits of rage, frustrations, headaches...

Cobb ATR+AEM inline UEGO trying to log serial. My computer has a serial port and it is enabled. My sensor is hooked up correctly, verified by calling AEM today. When I go to the dashboard to see real time or when I log all I see is 0.00. I have the AEM sensor enabled and through com 1 but all of the other controls are grayed out. I am seeing 5 volts on the white wire that I have tucked and taped back into the loom. Can anyone help? This is been a pain in the ***, and ATR crashes repeatedly. I don't know if its related??!!

Thanks!

IS THERE ANYONE MAKING AN AEM WB UEGO WORK IN ATR??? I can't get mine to log, have been rounds, called Cobb no help.

Works in hyper, works with the AEM software, I have went through cobbs tutorial 10 times, tried 5 different USB to serial adapters, went straight serial, NOTHING!!!

Anyone out there logging?? and can I contact you about your setup??

Thanks!

I'm logging a Zeitronix WB in ATR without issue. Took a while to figure it out but I found that when my ZT3 is plugged into Comm port 4 on my XP computer (confirmed by system properties) I have to enable com port 3 in ATR. No idea why but it works great now. Here is a screen shot just to irritate you even more (row P)

I've only ever gotten that AEM inline to work only once and the hassle and frustration behind it just made me get a Zeitronix system. For what its worth it ended up being a grounding issue and the calculation formula for the inline UEGO.

A grounding issue for the sensor?? My sensor has been solid on outputs in every other program. Could you possibly tell me a little bit about the calculation formula issue?

THanks!

We are looking to dedicate some time to ALL wideband support in the near future. At this time, (and to date) I have never been able to get the AEM Inline WBo2 to work with our AEM UEGO module. It was designed around the gauge type AEM UEGO and works perfectly for me for years now. If you have access to the gauge type UEGO, give it a shot and see if the results are positive.

Thank You,
-Braden @ COBB

Would be nice if you could also get the AEM wifi wide band to work with the AP as well, have tried many different things regarding this but seems to be all about the baud rate that the AP can support...
