Restore stock ROM from ecuflash
Hello guys
I have ecuflash tune on my car right now. If I flash a cobb tune, the rom image that cobb save on AP is probably not stock, correct?
do you guys think if it is possible if I do the following to get stock rom back on the car:
- use cobb to flash a good stage2 map
- replace the rom file (ecuflash) that on AP with stock rom.
- un-install cobb. this would restore the stock rom back on the car
possible? what do you guys think? let me know

I guess you're looking for a stock MR ROM so you can flash back to stock? If so you'd need to tell someone your ECU ROM ID.
I don't know why you want to use the Cobb AP to go back to stock tune. I'm probably missing something here.
You'd best get a stock MR ROM for your ECU ID, fire up ECUFLASH then write the stock ROM on and you're done.

I want to go back to stock first, then do the cobb tune.
