Cobb stage 2 fine for my mods?

I have a 2014 GSR. Currently stock with exception of a blow off valve.
I have a turboxs short ram intake, turboxs downpipe, and turboxs cat delete/testpipe. I plan on keeping stock catback/muffler setup. Which of these mods are good for stage 2? Would I be fine with cobb stage 2 93 tune with downpipe and test pipe? or could I get away with intake as well?

This?

If you keep the OEM cat and muffler, you're going to be running a tune that's not set-up for those components. The cat will probably increase back-pressure to the motor (it's more restrictive than the HFC they include in their kit) and there is a chance the OEM muffler would as well.

No, quite the opposite. I am interested in installing:
-cat test pipe/straight pipe.
-downpipe
-air intake.
While keeping stock mufflers.

That is what I'm thinking, I will call them when they open today.
I figure the mufflers wont be so restrictive that they will cause problems with the tune as most of the restriction to my understanding lies in the other part of the exhaust and not the mufflers themselves.

I'm running about the same thing, without the downpipe. I've been running fine. But I would definitely call them still. Their customer service is
