ok so the rear 02 harness ? thats what im confused about , if so what wire do i ground along with the w/b controller ground . thanks

Yes, the rear O2 harness under the passenger seat. If you go here: http://rawevo.com/evo-x/how-to-guide...the-stock-ecu/
The first diagram shows it's the Orange wire at the harness and also at multiple harnesses in the car. I was able to trace mine back to one in the drivers side foot well, and then tapped it and wired it to the same chassis ground as my gauge.

I should also note that doing this will result in a CEL for low rear O2 voltage. It doesn't bother me because I know what it is and can always remove the orange wire from ground to make it go away, but it might bother others.
