Great job. These 05s seem to responding to mods better than the 03s.

Not sure how you did that on stock boost...the power has to come from somewhere. Great job cutting a 1.71 on the stock clutch. I love the mod list...similar to me, but I have an MBC yet stock dp/cat. I only expect 12.4@110 on pump, but that's with boost increased and taper removed.

Me neither but it holds 20psi to redline in 4th, and Ive never touched it. It seems to hold more on race gas which seems weird but it does. It only holds 18 to redline in 4th on pump. I think I could cut a 1.6 60ft with lower tire pressure. Pressue was at 35 all the way around.

That very, VERY strange. The boost should be tapering automatically due to the ECU controlling it. I don't know how octane could affect that, unless the ECU tapers the boost based on some other factor instead of just being a preset drop amount. Still, I'm surprised that 20psi got you 111mph, but hopefully I'll see the same thing when I go on Friday.

What clutch are you using? I figured stock since it's not listed, nor have you had the car for long, but then I'd like to know how you cut such low 60' times. My clutch is weak and doesn't grab hard at all, so I have to slip it some before hammering it. Even if I did dump the clutch, it wouldn't hold all the power, so that's not an option, even if I had wanted to try. Lowering the tire pressure won't help your 60' unless you are spinning...is that what's happening even on the 1.71? I still don't spin my tires yet...

yes my car spins them out of the hole. I just didnt think my stock clutch would hold so I left the pressure alone. Im gonna try next time.

Ah, wow, so you spin AND still get a 1.71 on the stock clutch. That's unbelievable, since spinning loses time. I don't spin or bog and get low 1.8x with occasional high 1.7x. This is with my tires at daily driving pressure (32-35psi).

Who says I can't? I haven't tried yet. My 12.8@106 without exhaust is just fine...

Tomorrow, we'll see what I can do with pump gas then with 110unleaded on the stock cat.

That middle slip looks like one hell of a race between you and the other car.
