and although you said lower ib pipe, i figure you meant Lower Inter Cooler Pipe, so yes.
i rather get a header and 02 housing then cams b/c i could not install cams myself, thus I couldn't take them out if i went to the dealer. they are similar in whp increases, but cams would be better for 1/4 times as they will add more top end where you need it when dragging. i don't know if your dealer would void for a header and 02, but i am pretty positive he would for cams. plus i wouldn't even know where to begin trying to tune for cams let alone cam gears and probably shouldn't with an safc anyways. + a header($200-$350) & 02($100) is cheaper, especially if you want gears $250 and studs $100 with cams $500(GSC) plus install $200(cheap) and tuning $???. but cams can get you some great gains, they throw you back in your seat big time.
