It's dependent upon driver mainly. With my current 294whp, I can hit 12.4-12.5s all day on pump gas. With race gas, I run 12.0-12.1s, but I haven't dyno'd on race gas. The estimate is 330-340whp when I'm on my race gas setup. For the average driver, 350whp would be required to hit low 12s (12.1-12.3), imo...
