11 sec run finally
hit the local drag strip on sunday. place was jammed so i only got 3 runs in. fist pass was the best. 110 oct 27 psi. 11.89 @ 119.01 granny shifting the whole way. car is at the mechanics getting the TRE built trans in now. next track day im hoping to get 11.5 at over 120.

It seems a little slow for 27psi personally. Perhaps it is the shifting though as you said. Shifting will make the MPH better as well as the ET obviously.
My pos ran an 11.4 @ 126 at 26-27 psi last time at the track granny shifting (Otherwise it would lock me out of gears). My car might be slightly lighter but couldnt be by much. What are you using to tune it? I would also check for boost leaks.. something is holding that car back alot.
