I went to Island Dragway this past sunday with a bunch of cars, it was a good time besides the fact that my spark plugs were completely fouled and I had for some odd reason only 3 spare new ones. I made 3 passes with the plugs being shot and they were all 12.0s @ 120ish and the car was breaking up bad. On my fourth pass I put in 3 new plugs and left the one. It will broke up real bad and here is my numbers vs the last time I went. No real reason for posting, just thought I would share. I will be going back again this friday and hopefully get some clean passes finally.

Yea I spray 50% methanol mix and a 50 shot of nitrous...

 

how much boost was that? also were you on race gas?

 

I was running about 25psi and this was on 93 oct

I use bpr8es on the meth and nitrous and they are usually fine, it just that I hadn't changed these plugs in over 2 weeks and they were completely shot. I thought I had spare plugs but for some reason I only had 3. I will be going back very shortly....

 

I have a few question's on your setup. Any pic's of the setup? I have been running meth injection on my Mirage for a few month's now and want to throw some nitrous at it but have heard horror storie's about mixing the two, have you run into any problem's? IE blow anything up?
