your car is a top end monster 29 in the back half is great. your 1/8 is where you are losing maybe .1. I ran 11.99 at 114 and a 12.0 @ 115 if i had the top end you have I would guess an 11.7. I don't think your ime is off much. Nice work on the stock turbo

Your 1/8th times are almost dead on compared to my last run this year when I ran a 12.09 (after calculating the 60' difference). The big end is impressive to be sure. Apparently I need to take my wing off.

Yeah, you're right. Your launch and mph were good enough for an 11.5 with that mph, but the 11.8 is kind of disturbing. It seems you have an extremely slow 1-2 and 2-3 shift, then your top end just makes up for that. Here are my splits on my 12.000 @ 113 run, and you will see what I mean:

60' - 1.66
330' - 4.92
660' - 7.63 @ 90.87
1000' - 10.001
1320' - 12.000 @ 113

You were slower to the 1/8th (barely) with a very similar 1/8th mph, but then you raped me on the back half and pulled away by over a tenth. I'm not sure why your mph was weak in the 1/8th relative to your 1/4mph, but I can say that the 1/8th mph is much more likely at 22psi than the 1/4mph trap. It is hard for a gt35r to pick up 29mph in the back half on 22psi much less doing it on a stock turbo with a conservative tune. I'm actually not sure how you make 380whp on an VIII with conservative boost and tuning. That's impressive.

How much (if any) weight reduction have you done to the RS? That may help explain things. They only weigh 68lbs less than an MR when stock, so that's less than a .1s/1mph difference.

I on the run posted above i actually shifted pretty aggressively i still lifted between shifts but 1-2 shift chirped and all my other shifts were strong. i didnt lift on the 3-4 shift.

my rs is full weight the main reductions are spare, coilovers and exhaust other wise nothing extreme

My car has always been a strong car i beat the stock turbo record at my shop by almost 30 hp, we actully turned the boost up to 23psi and made 396whp and 368wtq but my run was at 380whp 360wtq.

also my dyno number were on a dynapack at SRM which reads identical to Groupe-s mustang dyno(just for forum reference) i made 320/300 at srm and 319/300 at groupe-s

I did a back to back eairler this year.

thanks again for everyones input

That is def. a back end monster. Like what Saywhen and Warr said you fast enough for 11.5-6s. But I agree with Warr you 1-2, 2-3 might need to be faster or at a diff. rpm.

Is that 22 peak boost? Or 25 peak then holding at 22 to 7k? I.e. when I go to 25 peak on 100oct it is 22 at redline.
