I'll ask the obvious ? I always see posted. Do you still have the restrictor pill in and have you upgraded to a SS clutch line?

remove the pill and put on a ss line and you will see your 60 ft. times come down and have your 12 sec. run.

People always talk about removing the restrictor and installing an SS line, but I did all my best times before doing either of those. I have done those now, and it helps for shifting, but it had no bearing on my 60' times. You can cut 1.7-1.8 60's without any modifications to anything.

You can raise your 2-step right now if you get the Tactrix cable, but my suggestion is to just disconnect the 5k switch so that you can launch from any rpm. You don't need a 2-step to get a good launch either.

Consistency is up to the driver. A 2-step may be a crutch leading to consistency, but it is certainly not required. I've raced without one for 8 years, and I've won several bracket races during that timeframe, which requires the utmost in consistency.

Hey Warr,

You can use the 8 lines on the 9 turbo with a little creative tweaking. Not much.
I used the 8 outlet pipe on my 20g-9, but had to re-position the + starter cable which was no biggie.
Been running this since 03/06 no prob.

But if you really want a straight no hassle bolt-on, then just get the right pieces for it.
