Quickest/Fastest VIII with stock cams and turbo?

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Fasial - is Matts car full weight (I know very little about him/and his car)? I have only seen him once on Woodward. That would seem plausable if his car was lighter (but he could be a crazy driver!)

Yeah, Dropspeed's VIII is insanely fast for no known reason. It was also claimed to be a base flash, although it was then later claimed to be an extremely aggressive base flash. I don't know, seems kinda hard to gain 120whp just from aggressive tuning with only a 2psi raise above stock. He did have a few extra mods like a header, I think, but nothing that would justify 360+ whp on an VIII. His traps are really inexplicable.

But are they legit is what Im trying to figure out before adding it. Its always fishy when someone claims their car has "X" mods and then it turns out differently. Maybe he bought the car used and it already had cams in it? I wouldnt be all that suprised.
I purchased the car brand new and have performed all of the work on it myself (with the exception of the tune and the recent cam install)
The car went 11.96 @ 114.54 back in April, On the stock turbo, cams, engine.............there is a large post documenting it: The 116 trap speeds where at the first track so I took the car to a different track....backed up the 11, not the the MPH.

This summer I installed a set of 272/272 Comp cams and had the car reflashed again (TT Mail in) but I also installed a larger /wider set of tires (275/40/17) so the OD is larger changing the gear ratio..............Below is what the car ran last weekend on pump gas:

I beleive the tire change and the limits of a mail in flash are the reason for no 11s with the cams yet.........I am going back to 255/40/17 tires in the spring, will add the ebay O2 housing and will have the car tuned on the dyno. I expect it to be a consistant high 11 car with no issues in the spring

I am going to try to beat this 11.9 this weekend..I will post my results monday..Right now I am #7 on the list..I just hope the snow tires work well for me..I have since installed a perrin FMIC and the car feels notciably stronger, along with a slightly more agressive tune....I need to do it now because I have a set of cams on the way

Well I hit a 12.2 at 114.32 on stock cams and 9.8 and 93oct.This was all done 2 months after I bought the car right after those runs installed the 280's. Im positive I would of hit 11's but can't ever find out now. Then come to find out the car came with a crazy flash way aggressive. Oh and the clutch went out at 4,500 miles. Is that a record!

Okay I went to the track and got a new best of 12.08@107 hitting the brakes, this should bump me up to 4th..I did this in a bracket race where both myself and the other driver broke out, but I still ended up winning..This was done on snow tires..My mod list is the same with an added perrin fmic..My mod list is as follows..
EVO 8 MR (full weight with leather interior)
Pump gas
Factory boost controller
3 inch TBE
Perrin FMIC
Walbro fuel pump
Custom Flash
MR DV
K&N drop in
Other then that 100% stock down to the clutch
I plan on adding an EBC today and getting to the track this week for time trials, hopefully hitting 11's this time..I am uploading the videos right now from yesterday..
