Depends on supporting mods, octane, and what rpm/gear you're asking about. There is no set number.

I want to add some race gas but I have the stock boost gauge and want to raise the boost to 26 pounds and was wondering if the stock turbo maxxes out higher then 26

raise boost to like 26

but you only gained like 22mph in the last 1/8th, might be knocking up top in 4th.
