Smile 13.409 @ 101.95 mph all stock. :)

I went to Maple Grove last night and ran about 5 times with the Evo. For some reason my 2 best times were while the car was HOT and the temp outside was hot. I got slower though the night......

'60 1.835 --- 1.865--- 1.1816 ---1.808
1/8 8.544 --- 8.603 --- 8.653 ----8.581
1/4 13.409--- 13.47 ---13.586 --13.514
Trap 101.95 ---- 99.92 ---102.38 ---100.57

I think my shifting was fairly inconsitent. I never did just shift at the redline in all gears... i kept running to 7600rpm in 1st and sometimes 2nd.....

Either way, I am pretty pleased with a worst run of 13.7 which was with a horrible 1.9XX sixty foot time.

There was also a STI there with full turbo back exhaust and 17" Volk Wheels...(stock tires). he ran a 13.35 @ 103mph...

Another Evo ran 14.1 and 13.9 when I saw him run.......

and as a bonus, i beat up on a Z28 and a 2003 Mustang GT (with exhaust) from a roll from about 20-100mph in some street racing later....... I even lined up next to a SS camaro at a light but he wouldn't run from a stop.

Did you run with the spare tire out? Also how much gas was in the tank and what octane? Awesome runs btw.

I had the same thing happen to me the other day. Raced from a 70 mph rollon... bad idea Those things have a monstrous top end... but I think he knew who would win from a stop

I never visit the "drag racing" center, so I forgot i posted this...

I always run Sunoco 94 octane, and yes I did remove the spare and tools..... I also bumped up the back tires to about 38psi (hot) and left the fronts at 32psi (hot).

I am not an expert at this stuff... so I pretty much sidestepped (or dumped) the clutch at 6000-6200rpm on both runs... later I tried 5500 and it bogged alittle.

Trying to run against an LS1 on the highway = BAD IDEA if you don't have mods...

Because 1st and 2nd gears ripped through the rpm so fast it doesn't effect his times.
