I agree with you on the Dyno, but my point was that I did not understand the correlation between a "record on the stock shortblock" and ET at the track. What a stock engine can do at the track has do do with driver, how much hp/torque the engine makes, and weight of the car. Basicly, what parts the bottom end is comprised of IMO is irrelivant to the ET the car runs (take for example Joe Bucci's "Project Goodwill" FWD 1g DSM).

Not to bring down the track times, which are great! Just making that point.
