STM Breaks Stock Block 4G63 Evo Record 9.43@147 **Video inside**
Many of you know the story behind this clean RS and our battle with "To cut or not to cut" with Ricer. The final decision was to take this RS and finally have a fully committed STM Shop Drag Car. So, first record we went after reflected the set-up the car already had: Stock Block/FP Red.
Last night we all closed up shop early and herded the entire team out to Empire Dragway in Leicester NY. First pass, we tied up Cessna's 9.76 with a 143 trap speed. Back up at the line for the next pass, Emery was racing against Jesse Ford's Blue Evo. With a 1.501 60' in the RS, Jesse said it was like a rocket next to him! At 115 in the 1/8, this second pass brought the stock-block record back home to STM with a 9.571 @ 146.38!
Happy as hell, we were all satisfied to park the RS. It still runs, we got what we wanted, lets go watch everyone else rip!
But, we all know STM isn't the shop to say "Good enough..."
Emery knew there was more in her. Back up at the line with a screaming burnout like he means business, we all raced into the stands. Emery said once he hit second, he knew he had it. With a 1.437 60' behind him, breaching the 1.8th at 116 mph, the score board illuminated three broken records passing through the 1/4.

Wow that's amazing! Congrats! What rpm is the car being shifted at? Also what is the rpm at crossing the traps? Must be high and the engine is taking it. That's crazy. Chirping every shift also
