VWJEFF I know went 10.9's at 130.xx last year on a self tuned stock ECU and stock MAF.

I have been running the RPS single "Turbo Max" for a while and it locks me out too in 4th, but I shift around 7500. I love the clutch otherwise.

Since hes not telling, I went ahead and searched his post and found that he is most likely running and "old P67" so yes, it is pretty much a 37.

See what happens. I'm waiting on springs/retainer to up my revlimit.

and its a pt67comp yes


I might just go friday and make a pass to see what kinda trap the car will have on 30 or 33lbs.
I'm not so sure this clutch will hold a launch/pass.


also jeff, its a no lift modd.

Shifting wasn't very good on that pass. I only made 1 pass on 28lbs.

Just about where my car was at the end of 2007 excpet i'm running a 2.0L w/ an un-ported head.

At that time i had an ACT clutch that was locking me out as well.

That was about 30psi on a 35R and it went 11.2 @ 131mph.

Once i swapped to the QM twin and the QTP's the car dropped a lot of et and mph picked up.

I'm still waiting to make a "real" all out pass as i'm limited on passes due to NO cage......they are strict around here about saftey equipment.


The 10.45 pass was an ok launch but the old plugs were missing in 3rd and 4th bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRP96hwA7IQ

The 137 mph pass was the best condition wise but the launch was very soft.

Just don't make excuses or bench race around here as you'll be called out and put in the hot seat for sure........just mod the car as best you can and go out and do your best!

no bench racing.
And I'm also on stock head.
Stock Upper IC pipe
Stock Intake mani
Stock T/B
Stock Ignition

No weight reduction beyond i/c sprayer and spare.

Getting

GSC S3's
GSC Springs, Retainers, and Seats.
GSC Mini Batt
Twin HD

and tryin atleast 33psi.

I'm just thinkin my car will pick up atleast 4mph from those mods. I really hate this clutch above 7k. With a passion. I cant even make full boost in 1st gear without getting locked out.

I think i might change fluid also, i'm using REDLINE MT90


I'm not gonna put any slicks on my car or DR's i really cant afford to be breaking stuff.
