I don't think anything happened on the 9.17 pass. It just didn't leave as hard as he needed for an 8sec pass. This of course is speculation on my part as i haven't talked to ttr as yet.

The turnout for the event was much better than I even imagined it would be. It seemed like a lot of people racing in the outlaw 16 had issues with their cars but all in all it was a good event. It was a really hot day and that doesn't help anyone drag racing... to all those racing in this hot weather

The only two cars I saw dip into the 8s were MAP's RX-7, and Kiggly on his Q16-winning pass.

Our last pass was an 8.81 @ 139, got out of it at the 1000' mark with traction issues ;-)

Congrats...the car was VERY impressive. Certainly has some sub 8.50s in it.

What a fun day at the races. We were able to meet and hang out with guys we've only talked to over the phone. It was kool to put faces to names.

We'll definitely be here again next year.

I just got home, Today was a great day!!! HUGE turnout and some fast cars. It was hot as all hell and i am completely burnt.

I was there and got horrible sunburn lol. My fav car was probably map's white rx7, that thing was a beast..........Track looked really slippery and a lot of people had issues with it, it seemed. First time i seen the white rx7 take a pass it had major issues, but it was obvious the car was no joke, then at the end we seen your 8.81 pass and i said there i knew it was fast as hell he ran 8.81 and let off even.... you probably saved that thing atleast 20 times today, it was all over the track.

I had no idea it was a 4g63 powered rx7 that makes it 10x better. I seen the silver car (cfl ?) run its cleanest pass and win the q16..

was brent rau there and did he run? I didnt get there until 11am, so i dont know what went on before then?

the subaru's were good at bracket racing...... there was a really fast legacy? or whatever it was...
