Looks like the FULL FUNCTION gang will be at Sac Raceway this afternoon to do some testing on another Evo so i thought i'd give it another crack at running a 9.999

Guna try a few thing to get the car off the line a little better and maybe will bump up the boost to make a bit more hp to try and make it a tad easier to reach the goal.

I'll update the thread tomorrow as we tend to get home past midnight since TNT goes until 10pm.............2 hour drive home and then unloading the truck.

Do you have any free time now-a-days to get out to the track?

I feel like i'm racing the clock in terms of having to get out to the track before anyone else since it's obvious i'm down on HP from you and Evolunchbox

I'm sure your car can bust out a 9 on pump so i would think on race gas it would be a breeze.

They are getting really strict at the larger events out here so i could def use that bounty credit to pick up a 3 speed scatter shield and d/s loop.

BOTI is just around the corner

(sorry the info on our site is quite old so the specs on the Evo are off a little bit)

This Evo has a 2.1L / 40R / 8 inj i/m / E85 / just re-dynoed it after we noticed a hole in the fmic and it put down 650 on our MD

It's a 100% street car and will be ran on the street tires we drive up there on.

dude, you've totally got this locked up. I just got my clutch back from tilton so it needs to be installed, my fmic has a massive hole in it, waiting on he replacement from buschur, I have to install the fuel rail, punch down the relief valves on the walbros and tune it again for 93 pump and q16 and see if I can remember how to drive the damn thing

Nice Pat the grey evo should trap in the +/-150mph range right that should be exciting to see what it doe's even on street tires are you gonna be running it through the gears or is the owner gonna be driving the car? would be epic to have both FULL FUNCTION cars bust out a 9sec run tonight i'm rooting for you guy's! and i'll see you at BOTI : )

Thanks guys we really have been busting our humps to try and reach this goal the past few weeks it soo close i can taste it but i try not to get ahead of myself to jinx things!

Cwill i knew someone else out there was getting ready w/ some AMMO that's why i'm spending all my free time and money trying to get this done ASAP.
