this is EVOM, of course it was was questioned the back to back 703-705awhp was done on a dynojet and so I went to the track...it trapped 139.8 spinning through first gear and bouncing, lifting to shift. There's more in it, next up replacing the stock struts and generic lowering springs (came on the car) with coilovers and drag springs

There's no way you were making 705whp on 139.8mph traps. With that whp you should have been low 9's at 160mph. That must be one of those adjustable dynojets blah blah blah...

Obviously I am only kidding Chris, but its funny how all of these dynojet owners never questioned your numbers. I am so sick of the crybabies. You want to complain about it? Then YOU do it... So we can all complain about your results...

You cannot please everyone, all of the time.

Keep up the good work Chris.

Well if we're up against an Evo 1, then next time we'll get it in gear so our ET will match the mph. Car should do 145 on a good run.

Much more to come. Family obligations this weekend, but we'll be back out soon.

763whp and a 143MPH Trap speed does not add up, regardless of missing a gear.. Something's not right.

The only thing that doesn't add up is evom's desensitization of how fast an Evo will go when it is not a tin can.

With many of the PRO drag Evo's weighing in the 2250-2600lbs range, some just don't understand how vehicle weight affects trapspeeds.

Imagine a conservative 2500lbs trim of our street car with PS, A/C etc. We know of Evo's down into the 2200lbs range already FYI.

This is the result of the weight drop to full drag car trim:

It's amazing how shops can play mind games with vehicle weight and give the impression that they make more power than they do.

Those calculators are always different.. They are 99% based of RWD cars and i am pretty sure they dont know Mustang dyno HP vs. Dynojet vs. Dyno dynamics do they??? so the car was 31xx lbs now??
