Seems kinda slow for a 9 with E85. Your car isn't much faster in the 1/8 than my old 8 with the same cams, on pump gas, and lifting while shifting. My car was nowhere near 400whp either.
Nice 60ft. though

1237 isn't really that high of an elevation to make that big of a difference. I'm sure it hurts a little, but not much. If there is a slight uphill incline, then I can see it hurting your time. We have guys locally running stock 9 turbos with less power in the mid 11s. And that was 4-6 months ago when it was 95* temps outside. Your car definitely has some left in it. Like I mentioned...just keep practicing and the times will continue to get quicker.
well bone stock evo 9 run like 13s. with e85 and increasing boost. 11.9 sound pretty good. nice run man.
my mods: fp red, e85, 272 cams. 2 walbros. 1200cc pte. full-boltons. greddy profec2 ebc. just tuned. 460whp. 450wtrg at 4000rpm. 30psi boost.
