I'm deffinately going to try and make it this year. Evolunchbox has been giving me an earful on why I should come for years haha.

Dave, if I was to tow my car up there, would there be space for me to park my truck and trailor (if I find one) hooked up? Reason for wanting to keep it hooked up is because I already had theives steal my trailor, I wouldn't want another to get stolen if I do get one before the event.

 

Hopefully I can make it this year! This whole working weekends thing with no vaca sucks! and right now my car wont fit in any of the classes except for Q16.

Wicked, I would HIGHLY doubt someone would steal anything at this event. I know theres room for truck and trailer as many of us will have them, but here in OH we just arm ourselves against thieves. lol But most people here are honest and upstanding and even if its not theirs, if something seems suspicious they will say something.

 

Unfortunately, my firearms license isn't valid in the state of OH. I highly doubt someone would attempt anything like that either, but I've had my belongings vandalized in the past and stolen on many occasions where I'm super **** and paranoid about my stuff. Hell I can't even walk 10ft away from my car without locking it and when ever I go somewhere to eat with my evo, it has to be in my sight or else I just won't eat there lol.

 

So stock turbo cars have to run in stock appearing? That's a deep class.
That's the only class I fit in.

 

I will be flying from Vegas again! I look forward to seeing the Buschur Crew and everyone else!

I wasn't sure what they said before but it appears that I would be in the E/Street class wiht 140+ treadwear street tires. Basically we're running 4 Auto-X runs and 4 drag racing runs and taking the best of each as a final time, sounds fun!

I noticed the race tire classes were D/race and E/slick, to avoid confusion I would just classify the DSM's and Evo's in a similar manner, both /slick or /race.

 

I fixed it, thanks for pointing that out, it was suppose to read Race not Slick.

The basic rules are you can have 2 tents per site and you are suposed to only have 2 cars per site. (this can be pushed)
If you start sharing camp sites with others the cost to camp is almost nothing.
We have camped here for the last 6 years and its always a good time. Its close enough to the hotels that you can still hang out in the parking lots , but far enough away that you can sleep when you want to sleep.

The MIDSM crew will be leaving from my house around 12:00-1:00 on Friday if anyone wishes to roll down there with us.(even if you are not camping) I am sure we can get a sub-caravan to my house for people coming from northern Michigan. ( -TunnedDSM- can handle it as he is the reason we leave my house when we do As anyone that came last year knows, there is plenty of room at my house so the more the merrier.
