i saw that too, but WOW is all i have to say... i wish it wasnt a dogbox tranny,, I cant wait for AMS to hit that switchin their own gears

I knew about the record being broken but never saw it with all these angles. Good stuff. Maybe that strap was part of the parachute.

CONGRATS STM!!

The guy tuned this late model evo has done 8.23 @ 179.5mph in a early model evo- quite a bit of experience with 4G63 I think

Yea and his 8.23 was on a manual shifter. I think people trying to discredit the time due to the airshifter need to think again. This car has got alot more in it. They need to run bigger slicks to start with. What size slicks did ams acheive the old record on?
