Whats My Problem?!?!??!
13.13@104.7 didn't sound "limp" to me by any means.
Now, did you produce the 13.20 run at that same track? Was your engine cold and therefore running rich? You seem to have a good pilot behind the wheel but there could be so many other factors. Perhaps wind? Or maybe last time you got a tail wind and you forgot? Whatever it may be I don't think you should be too quick to jump to the conclusion that the dynoflash is worthless. I mean, if it really did show that kind of gain on a dyno, it shouldn't just go away... Something else is wrong, or maybe the car wasn't dynoed after the tuneup? Where did they get the "30whp gain" from?

60ft=1.75>>
He can't drive??? If you think 1.75 60 ft isnt a great launch then you dont know cars. Unless you dont know your own car or about racing it, then you would know that in an EVO the launch is HUGE, 60 ft is HUGE. You dont get much better than that wiht only 1400$ of perf partrs in a stock EVO. So, to answer your question, yes he can drive.

1.75 is definetly good. But the cold is going to hinder him. You have to remember MAF systems take air temp into account. I'm no expert but I believe the cold air is actually seen as more air and the ECU will compensate for this. The compensation could be pulling timing.
I ran a 12.8 @ 106 with JUST my dynoflash and boost set @ 19 @ redline.
Obviously, the dynoflash made a big improvement on my car. I gained 32 pk whp, and not just is it noticable on the butt dyno, but it shows itself @ the track. One problem I do have is a leaking bypass valve which will get replaced soon enough.
There are alot of factors which could have affected the power, from bad gas to a bad bypass valve, etc etc.
Hopefully, everything works out well when you go back to the track!

Thanks man....I hope so well.
Evo8power,
30whp should give u 3mph and shave .3 of ur 1/4mile giving the same 60ft. Was the 30whp a peak number or area under the curve? try posting ur dyno sheet to analyize it(Before and after numbers on the same sheet).
