My HX40 Evo - 10.90
My HX40 Evo - 10.90
Went to the local strip to get some times down. 32lbs on e85
Here's a quick rundown of the car:
Holset HX40; Bullseye T3 .70a/r hotside
BR Race FMIC / Piping
BR SD Exhaust
BR Double Pumper
PTE 1200's
Kelford 272's
Spoolinup COP
ARP Headstuds
Torque solution motor mounts/shift bushings
Tial 50mm BOV
Tial 44mm WG
Exedy Twin HD
Hooiser QTP's on FD wheels
Stock ECU/MAF
Stock Block/Head (including stock valve springs)
Stock Intake Mani/Throttle body
Stock Trans/t-case/rear end/axles
Stock struts/swift lowering springs

I still need to get the 60 ft's lower. Unfortunately I was only able to get two runs in at the strip until I got the boot so I didn't get a ton of practice. I'd really like to cut a 1.59 60'. If any of you have tips, feel free to chime in. If you have another other suggestions about the car, any advice is nice. Looking into possibly porting the intake manifold/throttle body and getting some FIC 2150's and letting her rip. The 1200's were maxed out.
No one got video of it, but here's a picture of the car

Here are the dynojet numbers in VDR incase others want to compare: (This sheet is with me on my street tires (Stock VIII wheels with factory size 235/45/17))

Exhaust manifold is the ebay full race T3 replica, re-welded and braced.
Very Nice Scott!! I was hoping Lapeer let things slide a little more but i see that is not the case. Seems like my drag days will end soon as well.
Based on that comment I wonder if they would let it pass with the AutoPower 4 point?!?

I'm pretty confident they would let a Autopower roll bar fly... I plan on getting one soon. Guess we will find out

Thanks man. I'm going back to the strip next weekend in hopes to get it much lower (took a few tips from a few other fast evo owners on here)
My first set up was stock tme turbo
now I'm using a master power turbo 70 comp/63 turbine
bought a hx40w last week with a 14cm^2 housing
think i may machine a .63 garrett housing to fit the wheel
THIS EVO IS A TRUE INSPIRATION
Thanks man. I probably wouldn't run that 14cm housing, pretty big for a 2.0 lol. You should get the Bullseye power .70a/r t3 housing. bolts right on the holset (make sure get the one for the hx40 obviously) and is the same as your average garrett/PTE hotside.
