Why would anybody in their right mind do such a thing???? but to answer your question no. It was sick though ran low 9s but john shepard said it was capable of 8.50s.

Can anybody give us a summary/cliff notes of the shootout, for us poor souls that coudlnt make it.

What was the story with the English Racing DSM? How did it catch fire?

English Racing DSM had a fuel Line pop off ended up catching fire

 

That's a bummer - that seemed to be the only real carnage from the event .... that I saw.

Although out of all of those pictures, there's not a single one of my car!

 

This....I have only heard of it yesterday...in for vids of the entire weekend!

 

What a weekend. My buddy and I drove up and stayed overnight for the first time in the many years we've gone to the shootout (He goes every year, I try...). The best races IMO were EVO vs EVO. Boostin Performance had the top two cars of the weekend, one EVO one DSM, with the DSM taking the crown. Not sure how Kiggly's car broke before the finals, it's semi-final pass looked perfect. The crowd was huge, far far bigger than any other year I've been. Can't wait until next year!

Best run of the SO was Kevin Jewer's wheelstand in his compound turbo 1G. Damn near flipped the thing over, lol.
