First attempt at a launch today

Believe it or not this is on concrete.. Just extremely dusty in Kansas

I'm trying to get it down before the track this spring/summer and this was my first attempt at it.

I have a suggestion. Make sure you feather the gas enough or your gonna find all kinda pretty parts all over the road. That launch didn't look to bad though. Make sure you don't dump the clutch but more as a fast feather.

just seen the video, kinda looked like you dumped the clutch too quickly. Feather the gas and a bit slower with the clutch. Another tip while at the track if you havent been there yet is: take your time with the launch, your time will not start until you move off the line. Dont worry too much about reaction times.leave the line when you are ready. Also Preload the car just like the guy above me said. In the video seemed like you took off really quickly it will produce better boost if you hold the 2step a bit longer. good luck

I'm having a extremely hard time after my launch getting into second.. Almost like its locking me out until the RPMS' come down a bit...

I really really do not want to have to take the trans out to replace synchros.

I've got the blox front motor mount and still have the issue..

I'll try the bushings next.

Going to adjust the clutch pedal a bit and trial and error it.

Did what you said to the above ^and tried to feather it a bit more built it more and not dump the clutch

The other posters didn't put anything of the sort down, make sure the clutch pedal is all the way down when you start, along with you being at a COMPLETE stop then starting 2-step. Don't rush so much otherwise you're going to have issues. Also i seen in the video that you started rolling when you were 2-steping, with clutch in during 2-step you shouldn't move, if you are you need to adjust your clutch.
