Bracket Racing

I was reading about bracket racing and was wondering if two cars with different dial in times get two different green lights? for example car A dail in 12.0 and car B 13.5. sorry noob question but was just wondering

Yes the start is staggered to cover the gap in times.

I already went to BIR, I did the road racing there but wasnt sure about drag racing

I plan on perfecting my 1/4 mile and compete in the drag racing next year
