Need some tips, chasing 9's

I've been chasing 9's for 2 years now, I missed most all of last year, so I finally got back in the seat and have made it to a couple track days. I CANNOT launch this car for the life of me. Here's a video, feel free to through any tips my way.

Set up:
Buschur 2.3rpm
AMS Turbo Kit-6466 Turbo
e85,
boost at 36psi
M&H Radials-22 psi in the vid
2 step at 6100
Shep Trans, Stock open diff T-Case

This wasnt my best pass, but its the only one that turned out decent on the gopro. Here's the slip:

Any tips would be appreciated, I know my launches need a LOT of work, but I'm having a hell of a time dialing those in.

I would bump up the 2-step a little more. For your setup on a 6466, I think the 2 step should be higher. It's kind of hard to hear on the computer, but it seems like the car is falling on its face a little bit after launching. I would raise the 2 step a little bit. Maybe start at 6500-6600rpm and go from there and don't slip the clutch as much. Just my 02 man, but I think that will help out a lot.

Thanks Joey, I'll bump it up a little bit. I had it higher before but it would just light up the tires. They actually prepped the track good this day haha

I have no idea why the car is trapping so low. First time out this year it did a 10.6@144, changed the trans from a stock one and it hasn't hit 140 since, I'm actually bringing it down to the shop I get my tuning done at today to see if it's down on power or what. The car weighs 3210 with me in it and made 706 on a mustang dyno back in may.

With that power and weight with a good 60ft mid 9s, i ran 9.6@146 same weight, 650hp MD with a garret GT37r, 6 month ago, first pass at the track, you have an outside video of it running 10s for any chance?

Well on the dyno today first pull was only 604 same dyno, so now to find why the power is so far down

**update** Hydraulic tensioner for the timing belt started going bad, causing timing to jump a tooth. Got it all put back together and she rips again. Now I can't wait to head back to the track

Yea I would bump up 2 step 6500 rpm and maybe a little less tire pressure. I'd start 18 in front 20 in rear has worked good for me. Also maybe let the 2 step build for another sec or 2. Should get you ripping out the hole.

Any updates on this. I'm curious because I am also chasing 9s. I make 584 on a mustang, car weighs 2950 without me in it (full interior street car) and ran a 10.00 on an FP Black.

UPDATE: So so sooo close. Best pass of the weekend was 10.02 @141. I should have kept in it in 1st gear rather than pedal it to try and stop the spinning.

Here's a vid, You can hear the little pause that cost me my 9 haha

Here's from the other side. Sorry for the quality. But you get the idea
