Did the anouncer say "14.59 for the rover" at the end there with the Rover getting the win??? What was wrong with the EVO?

Yep, 14.59sec. In fairness, the car wasn't being driven by its owner but a mate. It was only his first go in it at the strip.
As for the EVO.... Who knows - guess the better car won
