Turns out there was really no issue with my car other than the fact that my gauge has gone bad. The car consistently pulls like a beast!

The one detail you missed was that the Buschur Stage 4 setup ran 11.63 on racegas at Norwalk Raceway several months ago. It does have the extra parts you describe and it costs about $ 4900 installed.
