I am looking to purchase an evo in a couple of years. ive own cars before, but my friends are telling me that an evo is very hard to drive, anyways, here is a list of cars that ive owned..

1st 1994 integra gsr

2nd Dodge Neon Srt-4

3rd 94 chevy silverado (current vehicle)

next EVO

i just need some advice on what i should do to not throw a ton of clutches and ruin the engine in a couple months, and advice will be helpful

drive it easy and service it. itll be like any other car to drive.

haha I was waiting for someone to post that link from Top Gear. Its the first thing that came to my mind when you said you heard that evos were hard to drive. Obviously its doesnt drive itself. Whats important to note is that the evo is a very capable car. It can do things that most other cars wouldnt even dare to try. This can give you a sense of over confidence. That is where the evo can be dangerous. As long as you take it easy you will be fine.

 

it was my first manual car, you'll be fine just don't go around trying to launch it every chance you get
