shifting and clutch

shifting just at normal drive feels odd when i have been driving for a while for an hour or two then at a stop to put it into gear is pretty hard sometimes, then letting off the clutch in first gears my car starts jumping when i start to roll just driving it soft it will start to jump and i got no clue what it is i know my clutch is still good to so????????? help

That is the longest sentence that I have ever read.

Have you adjusted your clutch pedal? Maybe your clutch is always partially engaged or partially disengaged so that is why you are having the bucking feeling after letting off. How long ago was the clutch installed? I would say play with the pedal catch point and see if giving yourself a little more room at the top of the pedal throw helps, if not inspect the lines and hydraulic cylinders. If all that comes up negative, possibly a throw out bearing or install issue. Good luck.

well thanks for the info that actually makes good sense and i have been meening on checking out the clutch master cylinder also. the clutch was installed like 2 years ago and the throw out bearing should have also beeen replaced as well . so yeah guess ill check that out thanks for the info and duuuuuuude nice evo you got to pushing seriously like around 500 horses?
