Not true on my setup all lights turn on even at half throttle when on the highway.
I'm thinking that I need to be in a higher gear to stop the meth from flowing to fast.

Are you running an Aquamist HFS5 or 6? If you were tuned with the turn-on point too low, it will spray in ordinary part throttle driving.
Meth doesn't spray until you reach a certain PSI. YOu and your tuner set all that up. It's not like meth is constantly spraying. IF your tuner has it set up to spray at say 15psi once you get to 15 psi it will start spraying.

The Aquamist HFS5/6 generally trigger off injector duty cycle, not boost level. If the turn on point is low, it will spray off boost, particularly in higher gears on the highway.
I guess the duty cycle is set to low, not very streetable,

It's kinda hard to avoid the part throttle spray and having a good meth(on) starting point. It's about your driving style. You got to learn to accelerate without increasing load too much.
If you increase your meth start point then it will hit later in your duty cycle = revising your tune. If you have it low(like you do), it will hit sooner and the cooling effects will be much more powerful due to atomization.
Jack of trades had a relay or trigger set from one of the Tephra patches that prevents the meth from coming on until you pass a certain load(200 I believe.) I may incorporate something like that to my setup.

im going for a new tune soon, recently installed my fpblack.
should i just tell my Tuner to raise the duty cycle?
