Case study # 17 - new '05 MR !!
It was a great day at the dyno shop today !
Just finished our first MR - man it was sweet - Ti grey color - BBS rims - I love it - heck I'm jealous
I can only say after driving the MR that is iw without a doubt the best car ever made
The ACD system on the MR is out of this world - its a huge imprivement - today driving in the rain I was able to really test it its almost impossible to get it to loose control going around corners. I drove two STI's back to back and the EVO ACD its was more advanced than the STI - although they are both great cars for sure. It was nice to see them parked side by side and know that my job would be driving them both hard and seeing hos fast they can go!
BTW - It seems the new turbo on the MR is a huge improvement as well
Here is our day's MR tune
Only mods were a Hallman MBC and a walbro fuel pump
Stock vs the fuel pump and MBC and flash

Here is the sheet with trq, whp and a/f
NO way that any 03 or 04 evo would make any where beat those kind of trq numbers
I tell you - this turbo is going to be the one for all the stock evo owners to be looking for in the junk yards
BIG things are in the works on this MR Dyno Flash - we are going to see some record stock turbo evo dyno numbers in short order
These two runs are done back to back to verify a knock free, repeatable and smooth tune
