More then likely somewhere between 300 and 330 whp I would take a guess, plus it depends on the dyno. Just like EVOTEXAS said though...there are no guarantees

Dynoflash mail-in is a good product, but yes others out there can do a complete custom tune on a dyno or street (Al offers both as an alternative), not sure if TT does a mail in. I am happy with the flash I got from Al and I don't have any issues with it. Someday I will go full AEM EMS but till then...I'm glad I got it done. Talk to Al, he's a great guy, you will be happy in the end.

With those mods, I'd be inclined to recommend custom (as opposed to mail-in) tuning. Memo^^ knows, that's basically what he's running. Like they said above, you should be looking at 320+ on an average dyno.

You dont mention what kind of gas you are using ?

Typically on a custom dyno tuned flash those mods yield between 320 - 335 whp depending on the car - that is on 93 octane. 91 octane will reduce that by about 10 - 12 whp.

On the mail in flash the results can vary from car to car - typically we see about 15 less whp than our custom tunes as we intentionally detune them to allow a significant margin of error for car to car variance. In other cases - I have seen the mail in flash make identical power to the custom tuned version and it taking only a few minor adjustments to dial it in.

The main benefit of my through the mail tunes are the low price, the very good saftey and reliability record and the vast - HUGE - library of various modifications and combinations thereof which I can support.

I have been tuning Evos on a daily basis for over a year and a half. I have done over 450 custom tunes and I have a huge data base of how the various mods effect evos so I can usually put together a very close and very smooth and well running through the mail flash which makes your car very enjoyable to drive and fast.

The original concept was to provide users in remote areas a fast, easy and hassle free way to get their car up and running well without having to invest in dyno time and tuning devices.

As for guarantees - we originaly and still grantee 20 whp gains on a dyno or your money back - and we have extended that to a full 2 week test drive and a 100% money back guarantee for any reson of you dont like it during that two week period.

I have had a few people who did not care for the product - but the vast majority - (1200 so far) have reported excelent results and our reliability record has been very good.

Personally, I prefer to use factual evidence and data to prove my points. Here is a example of tuning a car with similar basic mods to yours on stock injectors. You can see how the tuning process works and how we go about adjusting a base flash to match a particular car. There are dozens of exmples of dyno sheets and tuning examples posted on my section of the forums.

Here is the case study similar to your mods - (different intake) - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...=100769&page=1

A few specific comments

Personally, I prefer upgraded injectors with that intake and cams due to the way it alters the maf signal through the middle of the power band.

Also - the TX's MBC has not been one of the best on evos - it has major leaks in the relief vents and therefore the turbo seems to fall off on boost athigher rpms. I like the Hallman.

As for your SFAC - you could use that to fine tune the mail in flash to your specific car on a dyno.

I notice to live in DC - I will be there on or about March 10th or 11th if you want to get a custom tuned flash.

Also - I am planning a trip there in April to AMS Tuning.

I have a mail-in flash and couldn't be happier. I will someday find the time to go to Conn. and get a custom dyno flash (no pun intended) but until then I say it is the best money I have spent in mods yet. My car is running 22 psi and kicking the crap out of anything/one that is stupid enough to put up the cash.

i gotta def agree qith AL about the Hallman..i saw it first hand with a TX mbc and then compared to the hallman on the dyno while he was tuning my car. The A/f ratio was really erratic with the turbo xs mbc... by the way ...al does a great job!
