Can DynoFlash do 04 ECU to work on 05 Evo?

I wonder, if DynoFlash can totally rewrite 04 ECU from evo to work on 05 evo with ACD. or Should I go to mitsu dealer?
OR, It is totally impossible?
I need professional advice on this one.

Somehow I bought a 04 ECU. I don't want to touch my original 05 ECU already in my car. I would like this 04 ECU I bought and want to relfash for my 05 evo. But I found that I have ACD. I don't know if ACD is controlled by ECU or ACD dedicated module. so, if someone has professional experiance with these ECU can tell me and clarify about the compatibility. I tought I should ask DynoFlash since they mentioned they have all different version of softwares from Mitsu.

ECUs are matched to the VIN on the car. Only the dealer can change the association but I'm not sure the 04 will work on the 05. Most likely will though.

Yeah, I think it will work okay without ACD. But I am not sure with ACD. My logger communicated ok with this 04 ECU. I am worried about ACD's operation. I hope ACD is like ABS control. It has nothing to do with ECU.

come on, some tuner please respond, this is a very interesting question. I'm assuming that the ECu on 05 is not compatiable with 04 due to ACD. The way mitsu described the ACD function it seems like it is all intergrated within the ECU, so me personally i dont think it'll work But a tuner should be able to give you a solid answer.

Well I bought a flashed 03 ECU for my 03 and it didn't work. The Car didn't want to turn on. So I assume you are going to have the same problem.

You have to go to ur dealer and match the key code to ur new ECU to start ur engine. It is just engine immobilizer blocking you from starting. 04 and 03s are interchangable.
