Boost is the same on all cars - even 91 ocatne - there is only so much we can get even at 0% duty cycle on the solinoid (full boost) with the stock hoses intact. (Usually about 19 - 20 psi). The main gain is that the boost holds much more steady and longer.
With a pill modification that takes aboyut a half hour you can get 24 psi with ease.
