Evo IX SAFC or Flash?

Well what I mean is that maybe 3 of the 4 plugs are identical in terms of pin count so you would just have one dangling off right? How ghetto, lol. I just need extra wires to splice the wideband into that's all, but by the looks of it, it might be better to just stick to a simpler setup.

man im suprised someone even considered safc2 for the 9 instead of a flash....listen to the pros' you wont be disappointed....

SAFC is not that bad. you can do little better than stock form. But, you can't have the great tune like Al's flash. There are so many limiting factors with SAFC. Also, you can't get away from the fuel cut once you reach certain power level. BTW, Al's 2 step alone is just worth the money.

I would recommend the Flash route but suggest that you do the tuning on a dyno to address the AFR. Secondly I would recommend talking to other IX owners about MBC and whether to get a Forge unit vs. Hallman vs. other.
