the power drop quick. look at the WHP line, it goes up and right back down. That's some weak number bro. you are dynoling ot the brakes and you only put out that much. By the way your Dyno session is to the brake, not to the wheels.

I would say do a compression check and a boost leak test. You may have something wrong I am guessing you had a by mail flash cause Al is real good about troubleshooting the cars he tunes when he is ther in person. I have been to 3 dyno days and witnessed him everytime there was an Evo making less power than it should he was right there turning wrench's trying to figure out whats wrong. Best of luck to you.

Also do you have any #'s from the drag strip and how does it drive compared to when it was stock?

I made 245 whp at the TT with BR TBE with hi flow cat, mbc, walbro, HKS 264 cams before the tune..and after the custom tune I got like 300whp, so maybe he has one of those weak evos like I do

Holy crap, well that explains it. You hit your peak WHP at 5200-5300rpm, and the power curve was steeply rising, but something happened. You either had a terrible batch of gas, or a gigantic boost leak, because that looks like SEVERE TIMING PULL or a huge loss of boost. That is a very unnatural dropoff at that rpm - normally, it would continue climbing for another 1000rpm then plateau and fall back down starting around 6800rpm. I think your car is making power, but something very wrong is happening at 5200-5300rpm, and it needs to be found soon, because you could be damaging your car each time you boost beyond 5200rpm.

Btw, don't listen to vboy. He has no idea what he's talking about.

Oh yeah warr... boost leak. notice how the chart peaks at 22psi and tapers to around 19.5. Seems to be no boost leak to me. That is what he also has in his signature.

It’s obvious that he is pulling timing with nearly a 15hp drop.

My suggestion would be to check your plugs and put the stock BOV back into the car. AFR also would have really helped out with determining your problems.

Also, what kind of gas did you put in your car before the run? Is this a mail in flash or a custom tune? If it was a mail in, maybe you were sent a 93oct map instead of a 91oct map.

This may help, Defi boost gauges are known to be off, sometimes by as much as 4psi!

When was the last time you changed plugs? What did you gap them to?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Are you trying to be facetious regarding the boost leak? Why do people think that a boost leak automatically means the boost is lower. You can have a huge one where an IC pipe blows off or the intake snorkel sucks up against the hood, which causes a huge loss in boost; or you can just have a pin-hole leak, weak BOV, or loose IC hose clamp that causes a leak that is not detectable on the boost gauge. The boost is leaking, but the turbo pushes harder in order to maintain the preset boost level, which results in blowing hot air and pulled timing.

You can see that I mentioned PULLED TIMING twice, but without any other data, there's no way to know for sure what's happening. It is obvious that SOMETHING is wrong, though. His peak of 247 is not indicative of the true power being made.
