I have found dyno pak dynos to be almost totally useless

When I no first stated flashing 2 1/2 years ago my first tune was on a dyno pak - it created such a severe oscilation in the rear drivetrain the whole car was shaking

Anyway - dyno pak numbers dont mean much to be as a lot depends on the load, pull legnth and other various dyno settings all of which can be adjusted

If you want to bring the car by on March 11 in Portland I will be happy to take a look at it and we can test it on a real dyno

Al

PS - Vishnu azzclowns , you guys are fairly patheitic - now craw back under your rocks

I guess F1 teams are just plain stupid for utilizing dynapacks then huh?
And what does sever oscilation have to do with tuning? Its your BAD flash that probably has to do with his problem. His boost seems fine on the graph, why is it that all you dynaflash "azz" clowns always point to a mysterious boost leak when your tune sucks?

Min, dont even drive down to portland, just so he can put your car on that dyno and read even lower. Waste of your time and money unless hes willing to retune your car, since it obviously needs one. Couldn't get the job done the first time.

He didnt say completly useless, with correct adjust they can be perfect. Like warr said the turbo will try to make up for the boost its losing so it will push hotter air, which leads to knock and pulled timing.

I wouldnt put anymore mods on this car until whatever is wrong is fixed.

Also if I remember right when using octane booster, isnt there some sort of suggested mixture like one bottle per 15 gallons.

Its not the dyno. Its your car. If its the dyno, my car is making well over 400whp,
And all the other modded 8s on that dyno which avg around 260-270whp
Means they are making much more then if you think its the dyno.

Al doesn't owe you a free reflash since you bought a mail in one.
But he should redo your tune since your tune sucks.

Yet, Al once again gets away with name calling. I thought vendors were held to the same standards as normal members. I guess there is just a double standard. When will it ever end.

It will probably end after we have banned all the vendor fan boys. If you don't like the modetation, then post your concerns in the suggestion forum or write the owner. Thanks.

When Al threads go to crap because of those guys then I think he has a very good reason to call them names. They ask for it.

You dont know if the tune sucks or not, have to checked over the car for problems??? Didnt think so, so dont make judgements on something you have no idea about.
