Case study # 160 - 540 WHP pump gas IX with reflash
Guys - nice to have the first 500 whp IX in the USA
This car is far from done, we ran out of fuel pump and now must build a fuel system of some kind to go further
This car is Full BR Stage IV
GT35 R Puven spec turbo wheel
HKS Twin Fire
Buschur Alcohol injection kit
820 injectors
IX reflash by Dyno Flash
Pruven 2.3 Stroker kit
Stock head and stock valves and springs
This pass was on only 28 psi and pump gas with the alcohol and a 15 alcohol jet. I am sure there is much more power left at higher boost, however there is not enough flow to supply the injectors and we need to go to 1,000 injectors
Now the customer must decide which steps to take next
It could be a nice 500 whp pump gas dialy driver - or - the next 9 second evo ?
A wonderful car - simply sicko fast, no head lights so could not leave the parking lot (headlights are with evo dave)
Hopefully it will be a 9 second street car by the time we are done

This was stock IX intake came and HKS 272 exhuast cam
There is more tuning work to be done where with timing and MIVEC to snmooth out the TQ after it spools but we will wait for that as we have more hardwear needs to complete the project
Basically the customer must decide what kind of beast he wants - wild or INSANE
After 550 whp we need to convert to speed density also so the nest step becomes more complicated

Damn, basically same exact mods for me tuned at pruven cept mine was 28 on race and no 2.3 with a UTEC and I am missing 60hp and like 100 torque.
I have bad luck getting tuned there. And it is definetly not the UTEC cause you can still tune the same things with the flash. Heh

u guys should see the car, its really nice. all black with sweet black wheels. i wanted to see them do a dyno run on monday with it but i was having my own problems and it was real late by the time i was dont let alone another kid that came in for a late tune. really sweet car though
