If there is a certain amount of base flashes and not 5 custom flashes... Will Al still fly out?

How is Al's flash & boost control working?

Does al still recomend a mbc?

What are your mods?

Generally on mildly modified cars the boost controlling flash works great

A MBC is always nice to have precise boost control

We had 5 people initially, now we only have 4. I am trying to get RobDogg to sign up and maybe me and him could drive up together from SD.

hey warr...is there a location yet? cause ill prolly show up for a base flash.

also, do you think it would be worth it to get a custom flash with my mods in my sig? ill most likely also have a LICP and fuel pump by then.

Why do people constantly ask for the damn location?! It's driving me insane. Every stinkin tuning thread people keep asking over and over for the location. Do you guys plan on driving there weeks in advance to hang out while daydreaming about your upcoming tune or what? All that matters is that you know the location before you leave your house. Rest assured, by the time the weekend comes, you will know the location, the address, and directions on how to get there from every part of LA! /rant

Ok, it would be foolish for you NOT to get a custom tune with all those mods. Especially with 272s, you need to get custom tuned to make the most power and to get your idle perfect. The base flash is a good product, but you would definitely benefit from a full custom tune. I highly recommend it for your mods.

goosfrabba warr...we're just excited. that's all. but i dont have my 272's yet that's why im going to get just a base..the reason i why i asked about getting a custom is because i wanted to know if there would be a huge benefit from it comared to the base if i only have a dp, tp, catback, fuel pump, and licp.

Ah, ok, I didn't read your sig closely enough. It's still highly preferable to get a custom flash always unless you are going to do another set of mods soon after that change the tune, such as cams.

So, if you're going to do cams soon after this tuning trap, just get a base flash this time. If you have the 272s before the flash and/or aren't getting the 272s for a long time, get the custom flash. The custom flash is always best, because it's perfectly tuned for your exact car, your octane, your mods, and your wrenching. Base flashes have to be slightly detuned so as to accommodate all ranges of cars with the same mods combo, so they are not optimal.

Hey warr is Al also gonna tune for the 100 octane fuel too like last time he did when he was here. I cant wait to get tuned already.


Who here wants to roll down LA from san diego we can all go together.
